Comprehensive

From secure transportation and asset removal, physical security, certified data destruction, internal controls, financial, throughput and intellectual capacity, PHR offers government agencies a range of solutions to the unique collection, volume, security, and compliance issues faced.

Compliant

PHR facilities hold NAID AAA certification. NAID AAA is widely acknowledged worldwide as the most rigorous data destruction standard verifying the qualifications of information destruction providers through a comprehensive scheduled and unannounced audit program. Additionally, PHR facilities hold both e-Stewards and R2 Certifications. These two certifications are the only two recognized by the federal governments GSA Bulletin FMR B-34 Disposal of Federal Electronic Assets. Internationally recognized ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and 45001 (Health and Safety) certifications are held at our facilities, rounding out PHR’s full portfolio of credentials which clearly demonstrate our commitments to superior Data Security, Environmental, Health and Safety performance and regulatory compliance.

Accountability

In choosing PHR as a trusted partner, government agencies benefit from comprehensive programs which fulfill accountability and traceability requirements. PHR ensures compliance with all mandated Federal DOT PHSMA GPS/ELD requirements and secures materials in transit. PHR campuses and facilities are equipped with 24/7 video/audio surveillance, multi layered card-controlled access, alarms (theft/fire/water), and motion detectors at all access points to ensure security upon arrival. Data destruction methods are employed that verifiably meet stringent NIST SP 800-88 and DoD 5220.22-m Standards. Reporting and accountability requirements are fulfilled through use of an ERP system used to collect, organize and maintain data facilitating full chain of custody reporting capabilities.
